Freight & Large Item Shipping

Heavy or oversized parts may require freight shipping. If freight delivery is needed, you will be contacted with a quote and further instructions before the order is finalized.

Please ensure the delivery address is suitable for receiving freight shipments (e.g., loading dock or forklift access if required).

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Custom, special-order, or electrical parts may be non-returnable. Please check product descriptions or contact us before purchase.
Return Process

If eligible, we will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions.

Ship the item to the address provided, including the RMA number on the label or paperwork.
Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to returned items unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit, etc.).
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receipt of returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the packaging, tracking number, and item.

We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
